Input Signal And Output Signal

Major signal transaxle between each unit via communication lines is shown in the following table.

Electric driven intelligent brake unit Refer to ELECTRIC DRIVEN INTELLIGENT BRAKE UNIT .
Buzzer Refer to WARNING BUZZER .
Brake power backup unit Refer to BRAKE POWER BACKUP UNIT .
Steering angle sensor Mainly transmits the following signals to electric driven intelligent brake unit via CAN communication.

Combination meter Mainly transmits the following signals to electric driven intelligent brake unit via CAN communication.
  • Brake warning light signal
  • Brake system warning light signal
ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) Mainly transmits the following signals to electric driven intelligent brake unit via CAN communication.
  • ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) control signal
  • Vehicle speed signal
  • RR LH wheel speed signal
  • FR LH wheel speed signal
  • RR RH wheel speed signal
  • FR RH wheel speed signal
  • Yaw rate signal
  • Side G signal
  • ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) malfunction signal
  • ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) OFF signal
  • Brake fluid pressure signal

Mainly receives the following signals to electric driven intelligent brake unit via CAN communication.
  • Electric driven intelligent brake unit control signal
  • Brake assist request signal
  • Brake power backup operation signal
  • Brake power backup operation request signal
  • Brake warning light illumination request signal
  • Brake system warning light illumination request signal
PHEV Mainly transmits the following signals to electric driven intelligent brake unit via CAN communication.
  • PHEV control signal
  • Actual regeneration torque signal
  • PHEV status signal
  • Shift position signal

Mainly receives the following signal from the electric driven intelligent brake unit via CAN communication.
  • Target brake force signal
BCM Mainly transmits the following signals to electric driven intelligent brake unit via CAN communication.
  • Sleep/wake up signal
