Removal And Installation: Notes

NOTE: ABS-ECU is located in the hydraulic unit.

Pre-removal operation

Strut tower bar removal (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ) <Vehicles with strut tower bar>.
Brake fluid draining.

Post-installation operation

Brake fluid refilling and air bleeding (Refer to BLEEDING ).
Strut tower bar installation (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ) <Vehicles with strut tower bar>.
Hydraulic unit check (Refer to WHEEL SPEED SENSOR OUTPUT CURRENT MEASUREMENT ).
