Seat Belt Tone Alarm Function

When the ignition switch is turned to the "ON" position without fastening the seat belts (seat belt switch OFF), the tone alarm will sound for approximately 6 seconds to warn the driver to fasten the seat belts. When the seat belts are fastened, the tone alarm will stop sounding.
