Ignition Coil Check (Eclipse, Eclipse Spyder & Galant 3.0L)

  1. Measure primary coil resistance between connector terminals No. 1 and 2 of the distributor. See IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE  table.
  2. Measure secondary coil resistance between the high-voltage terminal and connector terminal No. 1. See IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE  table.
