DTC Set Criteria

Engine coolant temperature decreases from higher than 104°F (40°C) to lower than 104°F (40°C). Then the engine coolant temperature has continued to be 104°F (40°C) or lower for 5 seconds. At least 60-300 seconds have passed for engine coolant temperature to rise to about 44.6°F (7°C) after starting sequence was completed.

NOTE: Time is not counted when fuel is shut off.
