Disassembly And Assembly: Inspection

Check the valve subassembly for clogging.
Check the driveshaft assembly for wear or damage.
Check the rotor and vane groove for "stepped" wear.
Check the contact surface of cam ring and vanes for "stepped" wear.
Check the vanes for damage.
