Front Axle Brake Pad Wear Sensor Routing

During brake service, the brake pad wear sensor cable may be incorrectly routed and also fastened to the front brake caliper's bleed valve dust cap.

Incorrect routing of the brake sensor cable may cause damage to the cable or brake sensor, resulting in a brake warning message being displayed.

During maintenance brake service, route the brake pad wear sensor cable correctly (as indicated on the illustration).

Do not fasten it to the bleed valve dust cap!!!
