INFORMATION

In accordance with the new refrigerant recovery and recycling equipment standards, SAE J2788 requires that all air conditioning (A/C) service equipment manufactured after November 1, 2007, must recover at least 95% of the refrigerant in no more than 30 minutes at 70°F, and recharge to within 1/2 ounce accuracy. Not only does the J48943 A/C Service Unit meet these standards, it has also exceeded the BMW Group specifications, thus making it the only MINI approved unit for new purchase for A/C service in North America.

LIMITED OFFER INFORMATION

Until February 1, 2010, the BMW Group is providing a subsidy so that the J-48943 A/C Service Unit becomes affordable, as this machine will be the only BMW Group approved machine for A/C service. For this limited time only, the subsidized unit price will be $2,500 plus any incurred taxes.  BMW Group has also negotiated for free shipment during this limited-time period. After February 1, 2010, normal orders received will be charged at the normal retail price of $4,795.

Please complete the attached Order Form if your dealer would like to place an order under the terms of this limited offer. The Order Form must be completed by a person authorized to place the order or release a Purchase Order, and fax the completed form to 1-201-571-5480 before January 31, 2010, to be eligible for this $2,500 special unit price. The supplier will invoice your dealer directly after the unit is shipped to your dealer, starting in February 2010.

The J-48943 A/C Service Unit purchased with this subsidized price can only be used to service BMW Group vehicles. The use of this A/C Service Unit for other purposes is strictly prohibited; for example, it is not for to be purchased for future sale, or to be used to service non-BMW Group vehicles, etc.
