Test F: Set Speed Fluctuates

Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect speed control servo/actuator connector C833. Disconnect instrument cluster connector C808B. Measure resistance between terminal No. 3 (White/Blue wire) at speed control servo/actuator connector C833. See Figure . If resistance is greater than 10 k/ohms, replace speed control servo/actuator. If resistance is less than 10 k/ohms, repair short to ground in White/Blue wire. Retest system operation.
