Park/Neutral Position Signal (PNPS) Circuit

The PNPS circuit is used on vehicles with A/T. PNPS circuit monitors shift lever positions, and then inputs signal to the PCM and Transaxle Control Module (TCM). This signal affects starter engagement, air/fuel ratio, idle speed and ignition timing.
