Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor

Sensor is a thermistor mounted in intake manifold coolant passage. ECT senses engine coolant temperature and provides this information to the ECA. The ECT sensor signal to the ECA affects air/fuel ratio, fuel pressure, idle speed and purge flow.
