Removing And Disassembling Flow Control Valve - AR46.30-P-0600-04H

Models 461, 463 except 463.228 

1. Remove rotary shaft seal (1) from the pump housing (2).

2. Remove locking ring (3a or 3b).

   Ensure that the housing bore is not damaged.

3. Remove the flow control valve (32) with compression spring (50) from the pump housing (2).

4. Clamp the flow control valve (32) in a vise on unground part of it and unscrew the valve screw (53) of the pressure relief valve. Remove sealing cone (51) and compression spring (50).
