Diagnostic Software Help File Considerations: General

It is recommended that Help files conform to the WinHelp, HTML, or Adobe PDF data formats. Both allow the inclusion of hyperlinks and graphics to related information. Whenever possible, the study group recommends the use of HTML based help, thus providing extended help capability beyond the local PC in use.
