COMPLAINT
Coolant can cause contact corrosion on connector "20M" of the Front SAM.
CAUSE
Coolant can travel via leaking sensor pins at the expansion reservoir to the connector "M20" of the Front SAM and cause contact corrosion.
REMEDY
The following components should be replaced:
- Front SAM
- Front SAM connector M20 and pins
- Expansion Reservoir
- Connector and pins for Coolant Level Switch S41 at Expansion Reservoir
NOTE:
AR00.19-P-0100A "General wiring harness repair methods" must be followed.
