Seat ventilation

Active ventilation of the seat cushion and backrest is possible with three stages using the seat ventilation integrated in the left/right seat.

The seat ventilation is operated using the seat ventilation switch (S91/2s17) and the seat ventilation switch (S92/2s17) , which are read in by the left door control module (N69/1) and the right door control module (N69/2) . The function statuses are indicated by three, blue LEDs . The two groups of motors for seat ventilation are actuated by the left front seat adjustment control module with memory (N32/1), the right front seat adjustment control module (N32/2) , the left front seat ventilation blower regulator (N29/6) and the right front seat ventilation blower regulator (N29/5) .

The seat ventilation at the driver's side consists of:

Left front seat cushion ventilation motor group (M18/9)
Left front seat backrest ventilation motor group (M18/10)

Each of these motor groups consists of 4 blower motors.

The seat ventilation at the passenger side consists of:

Right front seat cushion ventilation motor group (M18/11)
Right front seat backrest ventilation motor group (M18/12)

Each of these motor groups consists of 4 blower motors.

Integrated timer control

Seat ventilation timer control is integrated in the left front seat adjustment control module with memory (N32/1) and the right front seat adjustment control module with memory (N32/2).

This timer gradually switches the ventilation back to stage one within a preset time. The ventilation can be manually switched off of the stage changed at any time using the controls.

During convenience opening using the transmitter key (A8/1) , for a period of 5 min. . the driver's seat ventilation is switched on at stage III.
