	Outside air temperature sensor position	The outside temperature indicator temperature sensor (B14)  is in the bumper, at the left-hand side.
	Outside air temperature sensor purpose	Recording outside temperature as electrical value for displaying the outside temperature on the instrument cluster (A1)  and controlling various functions that are dependent on the outside air temperature.
	Outside air temperature sensor design	The sensor is in a housing made from top quality plastic that is firmly clipped to the vehicle.
	Outside air temperature sensor function	The outside temperature indicator temperature sensor (B14)  is a temperature dependent resistance with negative temperature coefficients (NTC). The outside temperature indicator temperature sensor (B14)  changes its resistance with increasing temperature  .
