Function

The multicontour seats (MCS [MKS]) can be individually configured menu-assisted over the front central operating unit. This is shown in the COMMAND display.

Pressing the multicontour seat quick select button (A40/9s4) in the front central operating unit activates the seat adjustment submenu in the COMMAND display.

The turn/push control (A40/9s11) can be used to adjust the following air cushions:

Air cushions in side areas of seat cushion
Air cushions in upper leg area of seat cushion
Air cushions in side areas of backrest
Air cushions in lumbar area (top, center and bottom) of backrest
Air cushions in shoulder area of backrest

On model 221 with code (275) Memory package (driver seat, steering column, mirrors) and on model 216, the current seat setting can be stored or called up using the seat operation switch group.

Additionally, the setting of the steering column and the outside mirrors is stored on the driver-side.
