SERVICE INFORMATION
34/00-2 GROUP 82 - MODEL 220, DTC B1000 IN UPPER CONTROL PANEL (N72/1): It is possible that under certain circumstances, including low voltage, Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1000 may be stored in the Upper Control Panel (UCP, N72/1), even though the UCP is in full working order. In order to avoid unnecessary UCP replacement, please perform the following test:
- Delete DTC B1000
- Then, press all the switches on the UCP.
- If all functions are verified, and the DTC does not exist when read out a second time, then the DTC may be ignored and the UCP need not be replaced.
