Test 6: Line & Control Valve Test

Disconnect appropriate pneumatic line from pneumatic distributor. See VACUUM DIAGRAMS . Set control valve being tested to minimum setting. Apply 8.7 psi (600 mbar) of pressure to control valve line. If pressure loss is not substantial in one minute, check and repair pneumatic lines as necessary. See VACUUM DIAGRAMS . If pressure loss is substantial in one minute, repair or replace line and/or control valve as necessary.
