Visual inspection

NOTE:

Perform the procedure with the tilt telescopic unit removed. (See TILT/TELESCOPING UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )

Visually inspect the tilt telescopic unit for damage and the connectors for damage or corrosion.
- There is damage or corrosion
  - Repair or replace the malfunctioning location. (See TILT/TELESCOPING UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
- No damage or corrosion
  - The tilt telescopic unit is normal, therefore the inspection is completed.
