WIRELESS CHARGER (Qi) DISABLING PROCEDURE

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Selector lever knob (ATX) (See SELECTOR LEVER COMPONENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Upper panel (See UPPER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Console side panel (See CONSOLE SIDE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5. Front console box (See FRONT CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
6. Wireless charger (Qi) component (See WIRELESS CHARGER (Qi) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Wrap cushioning tape around the connector.
NOTE:
- To prevent interference between the disconnected connector and the vehicle interior, wrap commercially available cushioning tape (length: 80 mm {3.1 in} x width: 50 mm {1.97 in} x thickness: 5 mm {0.2 in}) around the connector.

Secure the wiring harness with the band at the position shown in the figure.

Install the following parts:
1. Wireless charger (Qi) component (See WIRELESS CHARGER (Qi) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Front console box (See FRONT CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Console side panel (See CONSOLE SIDE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5. Upper panel (See UPPER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
6. Selector lever knob (ATX) (See SELECTOR LEVER COMPONENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Connect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
