ECT Sensor No. 2 (U.S.A. and CANADA): Removal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
2. Lift up the vehicle.
3. Remove the front under cover. (See FRONT UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
5. Disconnect the ECT sensor No. 2 connector.
6. Remove the ECT sensor No. 2 using the SST.
