Reset The Power Liftgate (PLG) Fully Open Position

  1. Open the power liftgate (PLG).
  2. Press the liftgate opener switch for about seven seconds.
    NOTE:
    • Although the power liftgate (PLG) buzzer sounds twice after about three seconds, this does not indicate an improper procedure. Continue to press the switch.
  3. Verify that the power liftgate (PLG) buzzer sounds three times.
