| No | Connect the Smartphone to the USB port for Android Auto™. | ||
| 3 | DETERMINE IF MALFUNCTION CAUSE IS CABLE CONNECTING SMARTPHONE AND AUXILIARY JACK/USB PORT/SD CARD SLOT HUB

Yes | Explain to the customer that the cable connecting the Smartphone to the auxiliary jack/USB port/SD card slot hub is malfunctioning. |
