DTC B1207-09: Collision Signal Error: Notes

DTC B1207:09 (REAR BODY CONTROL MODULE (RBCM)) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description Collision signal error
Detection condition
  • When all of the following conditions continue for 3 s.
    • 1.5 s or more have elapsed after ignition was switched ON
    • Rear body control module (RBCM) receives signal indicating that SAS control module detected malfunction
Fail-safe Not applicable
Possible cause
  • DTCs are stored in the SAS control module.
    • Crash zone sensor malfunction
    • SAS control module malfunction
  • Rear body control module (RBCM) malfunction
