Cold start IAC system performance problem

DETECTION CONDITION

Determination conditions

The difference between the actual engine speed and the target engine speed is 100 rpm or more.

Preconditions

Engine speed: 500 rpm or more⁽¹⁾
Engine coolant temperature: -10-45°C {14-113°F}⁽¹⁾
Catalytic converter estimated temperature: 380°C {716°F} or less⁽¹⁾
Vehicle speed: 0 km/h {0 mph}*1
The following DTCs are not detected:

ECT sensor No. 1 malfunction: P0116:00, P0117:00, P0118:00
MAP sensor malfunction: P0107:00, P0108:00
BARO sensor malfunction: P2226:00, P2227:00, P2228:00, P2229:00

Instrument cluster malfunction: P2610:00
