ECT Sensor No. 2 (U. S. A. and CANADA): Installation

  1. Install the ECT sensor No. 2 using the SST.

  2. Connect the ECT sensor No. 2 connector.
  3. Install the front under cover. (See FRONT UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  4. Lift down the vehicle.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION ).
  6. Refill the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
