Blower Unit Disassembly/Assembly

CAUTION:
  • Apply only the specified grease to the link. Otherwise abnormal noise or improper operation may result.
  1. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

    COMPONENT DESCRIPTION

    1 Air filter
    2 Blower motor
    3 Cover
    4 Polyurethane (1)
    5 Air intake actuator
    6 Air intake link
    7 Polyurethane (2)
    8 Polyurethane (3)
    9 Polyurethane (4)
    10 Blower case (1)
    11 Blower case (2)
    12 Air intake door
  2. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
