- Dirt or foreign material (reflective object) on blind spot monitoring (BSM) control module.
- Blind spot monitoring (BSM) radar test was not performed.
- Deviation of blind spot monitoring (BSM) radar sensor axis
- Blind spot monitoring (BSM) control module malfunction
