- The specification information sent from the radar sensor and the specification information recognized by the vehicle control module are incompatible.

- Inhibits the Mazda radar cruise control (MRCC) system control
- Inhibits the forward obstruction warning (FOW) system control

- Module configuration procedure was not completed properly
- Correct data is nor received from instrument cluster
- Radar sensor malfunction
- Vehicle control module (V/C-module) malfunction
