DTC B1026:71 (ADVANCED KEYLESS ENTRY AND PUSH BUTTON START SYSTEM) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

DESCRIPTION Steering lock unit malfunction
DETECTION CONDITION 
  • Keyless control module receives the erratic signal from the steering lock unit after a lock command.
POSSIBLE CAUSE 
  • Steering lock unit malfunction
  • Keyless control module malfunction
