STEP INSPECTION ACTION
1 CHECK CIRCUITS R, Y/LG AND R FOR POWER
  • Key OFF positon.
  • Disconnect: Anti-Lock Brake Control Module 0413-102.
  • Key in ON position.
  • Measure the voltage between the ABS control module 0413-102 pin 11, circuit R, harness side and ground.
  • Measure the voltage between the ABS control module 0413-102 pin 20, circuit R, harness side and ground.
  • Measure the voltage between the ABS control module 0413-102 pin 28, circuit Y/LG, harness side and ground.
  • Are voltages greater than 10 volts?
Yes Go to next step.
No Repair the circuit in question.
Test the system for normal operation.
2 CHECK CIRCUIT B FOR AN OPEN
  • Key in OFF position.
  • Measure the resistance between the ABS control module 0413-102 pin 1, circuit B, harness side and ground; and between the ABS control module 0413-102 pin 18, circuit B, harness side and ground.
  • Are the resistances less than 5 ohms?
