Crankshaft Position Sensor Resistance

Disconnect crankshaft position sensor connector. Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminals "A" and "B". See Fig 1 . Resistance should be as specified. See CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR RESISTANCE  table. If resistance is not as specified, replace crankshaft position sensor.
