Protege 1.8L

IAT sensor is part of Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor. Disconnect MAF sensor connector. Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between MAF sensor terminals "C" and "D". See Fig 1 . Resistance should be 2210-2690 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, replace MAF sensor.
