MANUAL A/C SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS (B2300, B3000 & B4000)

B2300 & B3000 (1) , B4000 108-132 Lbs. (50-60 kg)
System Oil Capacity (2) 7.0 ozs.
Refrigerant Capacity 22 ozs.
System Operating Pressures (3)
High Side 160-250 psi (11.2-17.6 kg/cm2 )
Low Side 22-52 psi (1.5-3.7 kg/cm2 )
(1) A pointer and gauge are built into automatic tensioner. On B2300, pointer must be between 4° and 25° markings. On B3000, pointer must be between 4° and 19° markings. Replace belt if pointer falls outside specified range.
(2) Use SUNISCO 5GS refrigerant oil.
(3) Specification is with ambient temperature at about 80°F (27°C).

(4) Specification is with ambient temperature at 86-95°F (30-35°C).
