Passive Anti-Theft - Vehicles With: Phone As Key
NOTE:
Before attempting to diagnose any Phone as a Key concern, make sure that the base PATS is operating correctly with the RKE transmitter and the keyless entry pad.

NOTE:
Prior to any diagnostics of the Phone as a Key system, make sure the customer has the latest version of the Lincoln Way Mobile app installed on their registered and authorized connected mobile device with a valid customer access key programmed into the device and bluetooth is turned on.
NOTE:
The Ford Call Center Representative or the Concierge icon on the Lincoln way app is capable of explaining the processes of requesting or revoking keys to the user so that the customer can successfully complete these processes using their Lincoln Way Mobile app.
NOTE:
Remote Function Actuator Module (RFA) Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are reported during a Remote Function Actuator Module (RFA) Self-Test.
