Catalyst Monitor Sensor: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

Right hand (RH) Catalyst monitor sensor
Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the catalyst monitor sensor.
Material: Motorcraft® Penetrating and Lock Lubricant / XL-1

Left hand (LH) Catalyst monitor sensor
Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the catalyst monitor sensor.
