Transfer Shaft: Assembly

  1. Install the park pawl wheel.

  2. Using the special tool, install the transfer shaft bearings. Use Special Service Tool: 307-587 Differential bearing installer and guide. Use the General Equipment: Hydraulic Press.

  3. Select a new transfer shaft shim. Refer to: Torque Converter Housing .
