Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The TCU communicates on the HS-CAN3. Diagnostic messages are sent/received between the DLC and the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN2 circuits at the DLC, and translated through the GWM to the HS-CAN3.

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 10 (5A) are OK.
