Preliminary Inspection
- Before diagnosing or repairing the charging system inspect the following items:
- Fusible links
- Abnormal ignition-off current drain(s)
- Battery
- Battery for loose, damaged, or corroded connections.
- Generator for loose, damaged, or corroded connections.
- High current BJB for loose, dmaged, or corroded connections
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
