Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The BECM communicates with the scan tool through the Electric Vehicle (EV) High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN).

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify RJB fuse 11 (5A) and BJB fuse 34 (15A) are OK.
