Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The PSCM communicates with the scan tool through the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN).

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify High Current BJB MEGA fuse 1 (80A) and BJB fuse 40 (5A) are OK.
