Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The TCM communicates with the scan tool through the Electric Vehicle (EV) High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN).

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse 30 (5A) is OK.
