Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The ACM communicates with the scan tool through the Infotainment Controller Area Network (I-CAN).

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 79 (15A) is OK.
