Pinpoint Test G : The Body Control Module (BCM) Does Not Respond To The Scan Tool: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The BCM communicates with the scan tool through the High Speed Controller Area Network (HS-CAN) and communicates with the other modules through the Medium Speed Controller Area Network (MS-CAN).

Possible Causes 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify High Current BJB MEGA fuses 4 (50A) and 9 (50A) are OK.
