The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Does Not Respond To The Scan Tool

Refer to Wiring Diagrams MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK for schematic and connector information.

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The PCM communicates with the scan tool through the HS-CAN. An IDS session cannot be established if the PCM communication fails when attempting to identify the vehicle.
