NOTE:
Ignition switch must be cycled from LOCK to RUN position to enable Switched System Power (SSP) feature. Always enable SSP feature before proceeding with test procedures.
- Operate memory seat using memory set switch on driver's door panel. If memory seat operates properly, go to next step. If memory seat does not operate properly, see POWER SEATS - LS article.

If data received does not indicate LOCK and UNLOCK, go to next step. If data received indicates LOCK and UNLOCK, test all other remote transmitter functions. Recheck system operation.
- Program remote transmitter. See REMOTE TRANSMITTER under PROGRAMMING. Using NGS tester, monitor DDM FUNCTION TEST TIC/DATA while pressing LOCK and UNLOCK button on remote transmitter. If data received indicates LOCK and UNLOCK, transmitter was not programmed to system. Recheck system operation. If data received does not indicate LOCK then UNLOCK, program remote transmitter.
