Pinpoint Test G - Anti-Lock Light Not On When Ignition Is On
- Ensure fuses are okay. If fuses are okay, turn ignition on. Check for power at light bulb socket. If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, repair circuit No. 797 (Light Green/Purple wire) or ignition feed circuit. See WIRING DIAGRAM .
- Check warning light bulb and replace as necessary. If bulb is okay, check continuity between light socket and breakout box pin No. 52. If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair circuit No. 603 (Dark Green wire).
- Inspect diode for damaged, loose or bad connections. See COMPONENT LOCATIONS . Ensure diode is not installed backward. Replace diode if it is damaged or installed backward. If diode is good, verify symptom still exists.
