Equipment Connection

Set analog Volt-Ohmmeter (VOM) to 20-volt (DC) scale. Locate PRC test connector under hood, below windshield wiper motor. Connect VOM positive lead to Blue/White wire terminal and negative lead to Black wire terminal. See Fig 1 .
