Inspection [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD RH 
    1. w/o Folding Headrest:

        *a Component without harness connected
        (Front Seat Cushion Pad RH (Occupant Detection Sensor))

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 3 Front passenger seat occupied Below 100 Ω
        1 - 3 Front passenger seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type front seat cushion pad RH (occupant detection sensor).

    2. w/ Folding Headrest:

        Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        h49-1 - h49-3 Front passenger seat occupied Below 100 Ω
        h49-1 - h49-3 Front passenger seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the separate type front seat cushion pad RH (occupant detection sensor).
